Where can I start? My house was just "another house" in the neighborhood, nothing too outstanding, no curb appeal, then came Mark and his crew and buid a Deck in the backyard, a Deck so amazing is the envy of neighbors and friends
alike. Building the deck was simple and quick, the longest wait was for the cement posts to dry, the assembly and the cleaning took less than a day. Other than that, his crew and him were prompt, early every day, they would clean any
mess left behind after each day of work, not only that, but Mark and his crew were eager and willing to help me out with the little projects I had inside (they helped me out installing an overhead microwave, doing all the drilling and
installation for me when they didn't need to help). Alas, the deck was completed and it looks so good that its now my favorite place in the house during the summer.
Then came my deployment to Afghanistan, trying to have some work done while I was gone, I got with Mark again (from Afghanistan) and asked Mark I had a surprise remodel for my fiancee (who was deployed with me in Afghanistan).
What I wanted done was a bigger sliding door for the backyard. The original door was 4 feet wide, blocking most of the view of the mountains, so, I wanted a 5 feet door, the scary thing is that the electrical sockets and the light outside
would need to be moved 1 foot, likewise inside, the light switch had to be moved. At the same time, the old door opened from right to left, so I wanted the door to open from left to right. When I came back from my deployment, the door was
fully installed, it opens the way I wanted it to open, and it’s one of those fancy doors that has the blinds installed inside of them. Needless to say, the only thing left for it was for me to paint it. I decided that Mark should not go through the
trouble of getting the paint, for I already had extra paint in the garage.
Then came the bathroom remodel, it took a couple of weeks (thanks to the holidays), but it was well worth the wait. My bathroom used to be average at best, now, it looks like a celebrity’s bathroom. The normal sized tub got replaced with
a wider jetted tub with the faucet sticking out from the side of the tub (instead of the front or back of it), allowing for plenty more space to sit and enjoy, instead of getting jammed in the back of the head with the faucet. The sides are not
your average bathroom material, it’s a cultured marble surrounded by a contrasting colored trim for a tub surround, greatly enhancing the looks of it. All my furniture was destroyed to make room for better (more modern) furniture, the
cheap linoleum floor got replaced with matching tile, the plumbing for both the toilet and the sink were improved from the original design, which it only came out of the floor, now it comes out of the wall. When the house was made, the toilet
was mistakenly hooked up to the wrong water source, providing hot water with every flush, Mark took care of that by re-routing the water source. Not only that, he shifted the toilet to accommodate the smaller sink and vanity, which means
he had to re-route the plumbing. Much like the toilet, he had to make a 2 sink vanity turn into 1, which turned out to be an easy task for Mark and his crew. The old mirror was really big, Mark and his crew took care of cutting it so it would fit
the new furniture style. After all of this was done, the tub was hooked up with all new shower hardware and it was all put back together. That remodel makes it a pleasure to just be in the bathroom. The next thing is a fireplace installation,
rest assured that I’ll get with Mark and Wasatch Valley construction for that new project, I know he’ll deliver what I’m envisioning.
All the remodels that Mark and his crew have done for me, make the house more enjoyable and makes everybody that comes over jealous of the upgrades. I always recommend Wasatch Valley Construction to all of my friends. It’s hard
to find construction workers that care and that are nice and professional as Mark’s crew.

The job you did for us was great. Our new garage is beautiful, just the way we wanted it. The insulation you added to our house and the new siding make our home warm and comfy. All work was completed in a timely fashion, and the workers who showed
up were true gentlemen. Thanks for taking such good care of us.
